Payment and Cancellation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment
is required prior to delivery. At the time of placing an order we also secure a credit/debit
card deposit to safeguard against loss/theft or significant damage to our bikes &
accessories. Cancel your order 48 hours prior to delivery and we will give you a
full refund. Below this, we reserve the right to apply a 20% late cancellation fee.
Money back guarantee.
We aim to offer a simple and stress free service. Therefore
in the unlikely event that you experience a mechanical breakdown with one of our
bikes will we deliver a replacement or provide a refund equal to the lost hire period.
*Contact us for a quote on rental periods longer than 1 week.

4 to 8 years old. Trailer bikes will fit to any of the adult bikes.
