Payment and Cancellation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment
is required prior to delivery. At the time of placing an order we also secure a credit/debit
card deposit to safeguard against loss/theft or significant damage to our bikes &
accessories. No funds will ever be taken from your credit/debit card unless a problem
occurs. Cancel your order 48 hours prior to delivery and we will give you a full
refund. Below this, we reserve the right to apply a 15% late cancellation fee. Free
delivery/collection applies within Porthleven, Helston, Falmouth, Penryn and the
Lizard Peninsula. Delivery outside of these areas can be negotiated.
Money back guarantee.
We aim to offer a simple and stress free service. Therefore
in the unlikely event that you experience a mechanical breakdown with one of our
bikes will we deliver a replacement or provide a refund.
*Contact us for a quote on rental periods longer than 1 week.
** Under 18 years and
at least 4’7” (1.4m) tall.
*** Suitable for children 4 to 10 years old. Trailer bikes
will fit to any of the adult bikes.
